Happy Birthday Beautiful

I write to you in a post-birthday-party blissful fog ~ a day of celebrating my little yogini's arrival into this world and into my world! Though her actual birthday isn't for a couple days, I always find the week of her birthday very emotional. I remember so clearly "3 years ago now, I went into labour", "now my water broke" etc. I feel like the moment of her coming into this world and snuggled into my arms could have been 3 seconds ago instead of these 3 adventure/laughter/tear/LOVE filled years.

It is pretty  phenomenal to think back and see how much we have both changed and grown over the years. If I have taught her one eighth of all she has taught me since her birth, I will count myself very successful.
