I LOVE ME Challenge ~ last day of the 30 day challenge

Well, here we are my friends! Day 30!!! YAHOOOO! Congratulations to everyone that completed the full 30 days...and to everyone that squeaked in just an extra breath for themselves.

The above quote arrived in my news feed on facebook this morning and seemed appropriate as we move forward from this challenge! Listen to your heart...there is always time for you! YOU are important! YOU deserve love and attention! YOU are responsible for making it happen ~ keep your wellness a priority!

Today to celebrate the last day of our challenge, I spent a few quiet moments for me savouring homemade Coconut Curry Soup watching Mother Earth get wrapped in a blanket of the most beautiful snowfall...bliss!

There is something magical about a snowfall. It quiets the world. Slows us all down. Creates opportunity to melt away and reveal unknown beauty beneath!
