Co-Owner/Instructor Namaste Inspired Athletics, Certificated in Classical Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga Systems, BCRPA certified Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor, Can-Fit-Pro certified Fitness Specialist and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and Certified GROOVE Method Facilitator.
Liz is a yogini, GROOVE facilitator and regional ambassador, nutrition and wellness specialist, running coach, fitness instructor, blogger, presenter and above all, a wife and mumma. She has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry teaching for over 13 years. Liz has a passion for helping people discover their own inner and physical strengths; especially as those strengths are usually so far beyond peoples original expectations for themselves!
